Abstract

Sistem Informasi sebagai bagian dari perkembangan teknologi Informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu kinerja organisasi. Penataan informasi yang dilakukan secara teratur, jelas, tepat, dan cepat serta dapat disajikan dalam sebuah laporan tentunya sangat mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertanahan Kota Ternate (DISPERKIM) sebagai instansi yang mengurus terkait Perizinan Pemasangan Reklame, Pemetaan dan Perencanaan Infrastruktur Kota. Dengan pembuatan Sistem Informasi Izin Pemasangan Reklame Pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertanahan Kota Ternate (DISPERKIM) ini, dapat membantu mempermudah izin pemasangan reklame atau iklan dan membantu karyawan dalam pengolahan dan pencarian data serta pembuatan laporan yang lebih akurat dan penyimpanan data kedalam database, dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pembuatan sistem Informasi menngunakan metode prototype sebagai metode pengembenganya. Dengan menggunakan penerapan metode prototype dalam pembuatan aplikasi DISPEKRIM berbasis web di Kota ternate ini menghasilkan perancangan secara cepat dan memberikan kepuasan secara lebih kepada pengguna karena pengembangan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang di inginkan pengguna. Kata Kunci: dispekrim, Prototype, Sistem Informasi Abstrack. Information systems as part of the development of information technology are needed to help organizational performance. Organizing information that is carried out regularly, clearly, precisely, and quickly and can be presented in a report, of course, greatly supports the smooth operation of the organization's operations and makes the right decisions. In relation to the use of information technology, the Office of the Public Housing, Settlement and Land Affairs Office of Ternate City (DISPERKIM) as the agency that manages the Licensing of Advertising Installation, Mapping and Urban Infrastructure Planning. With the creation of an Information System Permit Installation of Billboards at the Public Housing and Land Affairs Office of Ternate City (DISPERKIM), it can help facilitate the installation of billboards or advertisements and assist employees in processing and searching data as well as making more accurate reports and storing data into databases, using the PHP programming language. Making information systems using the prototype method as a method of development. By using the application of the prototype method in making the web-based DISPEKRIM application in Ternate City, it produces a design quickly and gives more satisfaction to the user because the development of this application is in accordance with the needs desired by the user.
