Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan alat analis SPSS 25.0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel investasi dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Maluku Utara. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data secara parsial variabel Investasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dan variabel Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Maluku Utara. Kata Kunci: Investasi, Jumlah Penduduk, Tenaga Kerja dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Maluku Utara. Ridwan Ali (2019) the effect of Investment and Labor on the Economic Growth of North Maluku is using the method of analysis multiple linear regression and quantitative methods and the data used in this study is secondary data. Based on the result of the data analysis, it is using the SPSS 25.0 analysis tool, it can be concluded Simultaneously Investment Variables and Labor have a negative and insignificant effect on Economic Growth in the North Maluku. Based on the result of partial data testing, investment and Labor variables have a negative and insignificant effect on Economic Growth.
