Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pneumonia ialah penyakit infeksi pernapasan akut yang terjadi di paru-paru dengan penyebab berupa bakteri, jamur, virus, dan parasit. Mikroorganisme penyebab pneumonia berupa virus mayoritas ditemukan pada pasien immunocompromised. Tujuan: Mengetahui karakteristik penderita pneumonia pada dewasa di RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie tahun 2018-2022. Metode: Menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Hasil: Pengambilan data rekam medik, diperoleh sebanyak 79 sampel dan yang memenuhi kriteria, pasien pneumonia mayoritas menyerang kelompok usia dewasa akhir (36-70 tahun) sejumlah 56 pasien (70,9%) dan lebih sering pada laki-laki sebanyak 40 pasien (50,6%). Status gizi yang paling banyak dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) gizi baik (18,5-22,9) sebanyak 40 pasien (50,6%). Tekanan darah terdapat yang paling banyak TD normal (<120/80 mmHg) sebanyak 40 pasien (50,6%). Suhu yang paling banyak dengan suhu normal (36,5 37,5 C) sebanyak 63 pasien (79,7%). Denyut nadi yang paling banyak dengan denyut nadi normal (60-100x/menit) sebanyak 67 pasien (84,8%), dari pernapasan yang paling banyak dengan pernapasan takipneu (>20x/menit) sebanyak 60 pasien (75,9%). Pasien pneumonia memiliki nilai leukosit terbanyak >10.000 (Leukositosis) sebanyak 47 pasien (59,5%), dan dari foto thoraks tampak infiltrate di kedua paru-paru paling banyak dengan 46 pasien (58,2%). Simpulan: Usia dewasa akhir (36-70 tahun), jenis kelamin laki-laki, gizi baik, tekanan darah normal, suhu normal, denyut nadi normal, pernapasan takipneu, serta peningkatan leukosit (leukositosis), dan infiltrate di kedua paru-paru. Microorganisms that cause pneumonia in the form of viruses are mostly found in immunocompromised patients. Objective: Knowing the characteristics of pneumonia patients in adults at Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Hospital in 2018-2022. Method: The research design used is observational descriptive research. Results: From medical record data collection, 79 samples were obtained and those who met the criteria, pneumonia patients most occurred in the late adult age group (36-70 years) as many as 56 patients (70.9%) and more often in men as many as 40 patients (50.6%). Most nutritional status with a good nutritional Body Mass Index (BMI) (18.5-22.9) as many as 40 patients (50.6%). Of the blood pressure, there was a lot of normal TD (<120/80 mmHg) as many as 40 patients (50.6%). Of the most temperatures with normal temperatures (36.5-37.5 C) as many as 63 patients (79.7%). Of the most pulses with normal pulses (60 100x/min) as many as 67 patients (84.8%), from the most breathing with tachypneu breathing (>20x/min) as many as 60 patients (75.9%). Pneumonia patients had the most leukocyte values of >10,000 (leukocytosis) as many as 47 patients (59.5%), and from thoracic photos it appeared that infiltrates in both lungs were the most with 46 patients (58.2%). Conclusion: Late adult age (36-70 years), male sex, good nutrition, normal blood pressure, normal temperature, normal pulse, tachypneu relief, and increased leukocytes (leukocytosis), and infiltrate in both lungs.
