Abstract

ABSTRAK Andini Abd Halim 2023. Status Kesehatan Rumput Laut (Kappaphycus Alvarezi) Dengan Metode Longline Ikatan Ganda Pada Ekosistem Lamun. Pembimbing Sudirto Malan,S.Pi,.MP dan Dr.Muh.Aris,S.Pi,.MP Status Kesehatan Rumput Laut (Kappaphycus Alvarezi) Dengan Metode Longline Ikatan Ganda Pada Ekosistem Lamun adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk Mengetahui penyakit bakteri yang menyerang rumput laut yang di budidayakan dengna system longline pada ekosistem lamun.. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan desember 2022 hingga januari 2023, dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data Data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan, pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui dua cara, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan study pustaka. Analisa data penelitian menggunakan metode analisis Pengaruh perlakuan diuji dengan ANOVA (Analisys of Varians), untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian berdasarkan informasi-informasi yang didapatkan dari observasi dilapangan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Status Kesehatan Rumput Laut (Kappaphycus Alvarezi) yang terserang penyakit memberikan pengaruh nyata (F hitung>F tabel 5%) terhadap pertumbuhan relatif tanaman rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezi. Dengan Hasil analisis ragam dapat dilihat bahwa pertumbuhan relatif yang terbaik dan terserang penyakit pada perlakuan C dengan berat perlakuan 50 gram (41,5%) kemudian perlakuan B dengan berat perlakuan 40 gram ( 33.28%) dan perlakuan C dengan berat perlakuan 30 gram (25,2%).) menunjukkan perlakuan A, B, dan C sangat berpengaruh nyata, faktor ekologi yang terdapat wilayah penilitian desa tuada dengan status ekologi berkelnjutan yang baik bahwa dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan usaha budidaya rumput laut, dilihat dari aspek ekologisnya berkelanjutan baik tanpa mengdegradasi kawasan perairan. Kondisi kualitas perairan sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii Khusus untuk pengembangan budidaya rumput laut, perairan di Kabupaten Halmahera barat khususnya di desa tuada memiliki potensi lahan untuk budidaya. Kata Kunci: Status Kesahatan, Rumput Laut ABSTRACT Health Status of Seaweed (Kappaphycus Alvarezi) Using the Longline Double Bond Method in the Seagrass Ecosystem is research carried out with the aim of finding out diseases that attack seaweed cultivated using the longline system in the seagrass ecosystem. The selection of research locations was carried out purposively, the research was carried out on October 2022 to December 2022, this research was carried out in the waters of Tuada Village, West Halmahera Regency. The seaweed cultivation method used is the longline method. Research data analysis used the analytical method. The effect of treatment was tested using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), to answer the research objectives based on information obtained from field observations. From the research results it can be seen that the calculation of the average specific growth (daily growth) of those affected by ice-ice disease using the double bond longline method. From the results of the figure it shows that the highest value of specific growth is in treatment C, namely -2.68 grams, followed by treatment B was -2.04 grams and the lowest was in treatment A -1.88 grams. Based on the results of Anova analysis, the specific growth of Kappaphycus alvarezi seaweed which was attacked by ice did not have a significant effect -035.70062> (0.05). The weight growth of seaweed with different initial weights in treatment C (50 grams) had the highest value (-35), followed by treatment B (40 grams) with a value of (-24), and the lowest weight growth was in treatment A (30 grams). ) with a value of (-17). The results of the analysis of variance above show that the absolute growth rate of Kappaphycus alvarezi seaweed has no real influence or in other words that the treatments tried have no effect on the absolute weight growth of Kappaphycus alvarezi seaweed. From the results of research on the cultivation of Kappaphycus alvarezi seaweed in the waters of Tuada Village, West Halmahera Regency, ice-ice disease occurred in the 4th week. This can be seen from changes in the morphology of the seaweed thallus with clinical symptoms that occurred in Kappaphycus alvarezi seaweed after identification in the field, namely, The seaweed thallus is white, produces excessive mucus, breaks and peels off the thallus.
