Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hingga saat ini hipertensi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Organisasi kesehatan dunia atau Word Health Organization (WHO) mengatakan bahwa hampir 1,13 miliar orang di seluruh dunia menderita penyakit hipertensi. Pasien hipertensi biasanya menerima terapi jangka panjang. Dimana terapi yang diberikan disesuaikan dengan kondisi pasien. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran pola penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Dengan teknik pengambilan data total sampel pada pasien hipertensi tahun 2022-2023, sampel yang digunakan ialah data rekam medik pasien. Hasil: Dari total 56 sampel ditemukan distribusi pasien terbanyak pada kelompok usia 46-55 tahun sebanyak 26 sampel (46,43%), jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 32 sampel (57,14%) dan jumlah penggunaan obat antihipertensi terbanyak yaitu pada golongan CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) dengan jenis obat amlodipine sebanyak 42 obat (66,67%). Simpulan: Penderita hipertensi paling banyak di usia 46-55 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak perempuan dan obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate adalah obat hipertensi dari golongan CCB yaitu Amlodipine. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Obat Antihipertensi, RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that around 1.13 billion people worldwide suffer from hypertension. Hypertensive patients usually receive long-term therapy. Where the therapy is tailored to the condition of the patient. Aim: To determine the pattern of antihypertensive drug use in inpatients at RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoirie Ternate.. Method: This research is a descriptive study that uses data collection techniques retrospectively. With the technique of sampling total data from hypertensive patients in 2022-2023, the samples used are patient medical record data. Result: From total 56 samples, it was found that the highest distribution of patients in the 46-55 year age group was 26 samples (46,43%), female gender was 33 samples (57,14%) and the highest number of antihypertensive drug use was in the CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) group with the type of drug amlodipine 42 drugs (66,67%). Conclusion: Patients with hypertension are mostly at the age of 46-55 years, the most female gender and the most antihypertensive drugs used in inpatients at RSUD Dr. H.
